Return and Refund Policy
At Soulweave Rituals, we offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with the protective plastic seal intact, and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product’s protective plastic seal has been broken or tampered with.
• You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@soulweave.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on the procedure to follow and the address to which you should send your package.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Defective Products or Delivery Errors:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@soulweave.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Skincare products that have been opened or used are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
• We do not accept returns of gift cards.

Products benefiting from a special promotion.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, the fastest solution is to return the item (if it is eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
